How to battle Chinese short-sellers

In the turmoil surrounding Chinese companies that have proved to have overstated results, good companies are getting targetted.  This article is an excellent example of how Silvercorp Mining (SVX) fought back.   Silvercorp RespondsUltimately, it all depends on good due diligence before an acquistion is made, and then a pro-active approach to dealing with naysayers.  My philosopy remains that while there will be problems in the China-sector, the market is too big to ignore.  Every emerging investment sector has had setbacks.
