TSX-V Capital Pool Companies

The TSX Venture Exchange Capital Pool Company (CPC) Program can be ideal for combining investor interest in the Chinese economy with Chinese companies' desire for liquidity, transparency, and access to capital.   While the advantages to both sides of the reverse takeover (RTO) transaction can be apparent, there can be pitfalls, usually as a result of insufficient knowledge or breakdowns in communication.
